NSW: Jury finds Greg Hodge defamed = 3
The jury considered whether nine potentially defamatory imputations put forward by
Mr Hodge's lawyers had arisen out of last October's broadcast.
But of the five imputations the jury found were contained in the broadcast, they determined
only three were defamatory.
