The city's amnesty deadline for parking scofflaws ends atmidnight tomorrow, and violators have until then to "raise theirhands" to be eligible for the cut-rate plan.
"All violators have to do is contact us before the deadline,"said Patrick Quinn, city revenue director. The contact, Quinn saidyesterday, could be by telephoning the amnesty hotline at 580-3400,by mail or in person at City Hall.
Quinn said he would remain in his office until the deadlinetomorrow night to assist motorists.
